Ideology 2006 32 Month Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The fruit for this wine was harvested exclusively from our estate vineyard in Napa Valley. Meticulously picked and cold soaked for four days prior to fermentation.  Barrel aged for 32 months in 80% new French oak.  With minimal intervention, this voluptuous wine is classic in style while still showing its California heritage

Nose: The nose blooms with red cherry, red plums, raspberry and vanilla cola.

Palate: Blueberry, black cherry, black berry, brambles and vanilla; lush entry with a medium finish and soft elegant tannins.
