Vineyard Manager
Since 1995, Bill Munk, our Vineyard Manager, has been managing and nurturing the vines on what is now our estate vineyard, the Robert Williamson Family Estate. Having him oversee our vineyards has resulted in the great fruit that has made our flagship Cabernet. Over the years, Bill’s leadership has lead us to a solid, well-deserved reputation for producing a consistently powerful collection of wines. This tradition of eminently drinkable yet complex Cabernet Sauvignon continues today.
Winemaker/ Production Manager
Formally educated in enology and winemaking at the University of Bordeaux, our winemaker, Brian Graham, worked and was mentored at Chateau Roquefort. He went on to further his studies at the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London, after which time he worked for a boutique winery in Burgundy, Domaine Serrigny-Jean-Pierre and Fils in Savigny-Les-Beaune. These two experiences gave him the foundation for creating balanced, terroir-driven wines that are meant to be original, complex and age-worthy.
