Winemaking – Please welcome our newest addition to the Ideology Cellars family. Our Napa Cabernet is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard here in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley and 25% Syrah from Napa Valley’s Oakville AVA.  This is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with the blue/black fruit and structural influences of Syrah.  Enjoy now with a decanter or swirling in a glass, but it is built to last and will age like a dream.

Tasting Notes:  Dark, rich purple shades of boysenberry greet the eyes while subtle aromas of currant and hint of cedar invite the first sip.  This Napa Cab is a delicious combination of super juicy blue, red and black fruit (think blueberries, cherries and boysenberry) that begs to be served with Mediterranean food, BBQ, or a great burger!

Montreal to New York
Oceania Cruises' Insignia

Mark it on your calendars and in your mobile devices! You are invited to join Bob/Armando Williamson, proprietor of Ideology Cellars and his wife Joni for an unforgettable fall foliage cruise aboard Oceania Cruises' Insignia for an 10-day adventure from Montreal to New York!

Shipping wine during hot weather can spell disaster for wine.  Ideology Cellars prefers and recommends not shipping wines during the months of June – September.  However, if you really can’t wait for cooler weather, we can arrange overnight or 2-day air.  In the case of extreme hot temperatures, shipments may be delayed to protect your wine.
