Our Estate Rose is a true classic European style dry rose, being highly aromatic, crisply acidic and fruit driven, but not sweet.
Its 100% crush pad fresh Cabernet Sauvignon juice fermented without its red grape skins, stirred gently on its lees with partial malolactic fermentation. The result is mouth-watering, full-bodied rose, loaded with aromas of wild raspberries and red currents and intriguing flavors of juicy pomegranate, Montmorency cherries and clean minerality.
A bright acidity provides structure, while juicy, fruit flavors of ripe raspberry, pink grapefruit, white cherry and delicate licks of orange cream-sickle envelope the palate. The finish entices the senses to completion with sweet spearmint, cranberry compote, powered cinnamon and yogurt-covered berry essence.
